The Miller Boys turn ONE

Will and Bruce were just days away from their first birthday during my visit... They are getting so big, it's so hard to believe that it's been a whole year since they were born. I am so happy to say that I have had many opportunities to visit and photograph them throughout their first year. This time around, Will was the smiley one who was more than ready for photographs, while Bruce was cutting a painful tooth throughout most of my visit. In the fall, Bruce was all about the giggles and laughs, so my guess is that being twin boys... they will play a little game each time I am around... I am beginning to see how tricky our sessions will be in the future!! Happy Birthday Miller Boys!!

Belle

I had a wonderful time meeting up with Belle and her parents while out in DC. She has grown up so much since our first session... It's hard to believe she is so close to celebrating her first birthday! We enjoyed a sunny morning at Founder's Park, which is right on the Potomac River... it made such a beautiful backdrop for our session. Enjoy!

Cole Kids

Natalie, Drew, and Brandt were an easy-going group. We had a short time and a limited area... but they were great sports! And...with the promise of ice cream after our session their smiles got even bigger! These three have a great sibling bond... my favorite is the first one below!! Enjoy!

Oliver's Bday Session

I had the chance to meet up with Oliver while in DC in late March. Oliver was his usual photogenic self for our session, keeping his cool despite his mom and I dressing him up for a birthday session. Oliver Birthday Cards will be hitting the press soon... they are too cute!! Enjoy my favorites!

Manda and Scott...Tied the Knot

Manda and Scott were married in Tipton, Missouri on Saturday, December 27th. The weekend started with a temperature of 64 degrees, but by the time the reception was over there was a layer of ice on every car! Manda took it all in stride and said, "Isn't it good luck to have rain on your wedding day?" The church was packed with family and friends who witnessed Scott's surprise serenade to his new bride at the altar which had guests smiling, laughing, and crying. It was such a memorable day for the happy couple and all those who celebrated with them; I wish them all the best in the New Year!

Carter

Carter is full of two year old energy! He was so excited to show off all of his new Christmas presents during our session, including the addition of his new big boy bed! I had a great time chasing him around the house and capturing a few special moments between him and his mom! Here are a few favorites...

The Zigaitis Family

I had a great time with the Zigaitis family... Lily has grown so much and is now a BIG sister! She was so sweet with her new baby sister... Little Allie was so calm and easy going... so we had fun changing hats and clothing! Thanks so much for a great session!

Miller Boys

Will and Bruce have grown up so much since my visit in June... They are smiling and laughing all the time and they are developing their own unique personalities. It was neat to see them interact together; I can tell they are going to be the best of friends! Until my next visit, here are some favorites...

Corrigan Christmas

Jake and Hailey are experts at being silly and sweet together ... and their Christmas session was no exception! They had a great time showing me all of their decorations... and since it was our first "at home" session, the loved showing me their rooms! Have a Merry Christmas!
