Miller Boys

The Miller Boys are walking and talking and definitely kept me on my toes, as I captured their portraits for the upcoming holidays. The fall leaves and pine needles were a natural distraction as they explored the common ground surrounding their home. The wagon slowed them down briefly... but not for long!

Belle

I met up with the Jefcoats for a fall session with little Belle... and she is not so little anymore! She is an active toddler who enjoyed running around in the sunshine that greeted us at the United States Botanic Garden and in front of the Capitol Building! She loved being the center of attention as we encouraged her smiles!

Oliver's Fall Photos

We had excellent weather as I captured some fall portraits of Oliver. I was amazed that flowers were still blooming and the leaves were so colorful! Oliver was easy going-- as usual and even wore the lion costume that Ilana made! Many friends and neighbors enjoyed saying "hi" during the session, the warm weather had everyone out and about in Alexandria!

Natalie and Travis: St. Louis Engagement

Natalie and Travis live in Kansas City but made the 4 hr drive to capture some St. Louis themed engagement photographs. Natalie grew up in St. Louis, and since the wedding will be in KC, they wanted to have some engagement images from both of their hometowns. We started off with a few of their incredibly gentle dog, Paisley, who is just so big! Then, we headed down to the Arch and new Busch Stadium for some authentic "St. Louis" backgrounds. The leaves were at their "peak" with so many colors... it was a beautiful weekend to capture this special time leading up to their May 1st wedding!

Hawes Family Photographs

The Hawes Family enjoyed fall portraits at one of Peoria's neighborhood parks. It was a beautiful afternoon, so our session was an attraction for the many dog walkers in the area... this included lots of barking at Maya and Mason! Aubrey was full of smiles and loved exploring the trail... she was so fast, I could barely keep up... she sure keeps her parents busy!

Chris' Senior Photographs

Chris braved unusually cold October temperatures on a day off from school, to capture his senior photographs. Our timing was great, to catch the change in the fall leaves... I only wish it had been warmer! Chris rode to and from the session on his motorcycle and it was CHILLY! I can only thank Chris for his easy going personality and patience and his mom and sister whose laughter helped me capture Chris' genuine smile!

The Regnier Family

The Regnier Family gathered three generations for their family session! This included three grandsons age three and under and easy going parents and grandparents who managed to keep the children happy at the mosquito filled park! The Hammel Woods Forest Preserve turned out to be a great spot to help us hide from the sun, observe, photograph, and follow a deer, and enjoy the company of family! Enjoy!

Team Eastman

Team Eastman was at it again... looking super adorable and having a blast! They took over Shelter Gardens as they explored the garden paths, the old school house, the rolling lawn, and the eye catching fish ponds! Stewart and Kristen have done a marvelous job of raising four two year olds all at once... a feat that many of us cannot begin to imagine!

Harrison at 17 months

Harrison was full of smiles as he and his mom enjoyed a beautiful summer afternoon! His favorite car was a big hit and so were the bubbles, books, and of course ... time with Finley! As you can see, he is such an animated and happy little guy... and soon to be big brother! Enjoy!
